The
1st vacation rental house offered by Mr.Sergiu
Luca in USA, is in Plainfield,
a luxury residential zone, in the
south-west of
Chicago, Illinois, in the Chicago’s suburb area,
and it is part of a
great package of touristic services named A WEEK IN AMERICA !
The accommodation is built up splitted,
with four levels vertically alternated:
semi-basement, mezzanin, first floor and second floor.
At the 2nd floor you’ll find:

the #1 master-bedroom with a king size bed,for 2 persons,with separately
bathroom,
with jacuzzi at
1100€/person;
- the #2
family-room with a twin size bed for 1 person, with shared bathroom (with
shower and bath
tub) on the hall at 1000€/person;
- the #3 double-bedroom
with 2 twin size beds for 1 person each, with shared bathroom
(with shower and bath tub) on the hall at 1000€/person;
The 1st floor is an
unpartitioned multifunctional room big as almost the entire level
that includes:
- the #1 living room with a corner-extending bed, for 2
persons, that can share the bath
room from the 2nd floor or at mezzanin, for 900€/person,
#2-
the dining room,
#3-the kitchen, and separately
- the
#4 sun room with 3 thermal insulated wall-windows that permits you to look at
a perfect vista
containing the back side of the property including the lake and the neighbor-
hood and where at most 2 persons can be
accomodated, using one of the bath rooms from
the 2nd floor or the mezzanine, for
900€/person.
At the mezanine there are two rooms
separated
by a commom bath room (with shower and
toilet) for 2 persons in #1
simple bedroom,with a king size bed at 1000€/person, and the same
for 2 persons in #2 simple bedroom,with a king
size bed at 1000€/person.
The semi-basement offers the #1 sleeping room where you can accommodate at
least
2 persons and at
need, (if they are members of the same family!) at most 6 persons
at 800€/person.
The touristic package
coming with A WEEK IN AMERICA! includes:
a.
the transportation – from The
International O’Hare Airport to the vacation and back;
b.
the food : for the lunch it
will be provided at a restaurant*(placed at about 10 min.)
strictly between 12A.M - 3P.M., and the other
meals will be prepared at demand, at home.
Any alcohol included in the offer!
The desirous
of alcoholic drinks will buy it themselves!
c.
3 ensured trips **(in nonconsecutive
days, alternates for each
vacation) to:
1. CHICAGO
– Sears Tower or John Hancock Center
2.
Indiana Dunes (National Park);
3. Wisconsin Dells (Aquatic Park);
Explanatory notes: * - At
the restaurant the serving is buffet type; meaning you can
eat & drink as much you can, but without alcohol.
** - The trips destinations will be changed
by the season and will be
noticed to our tourists with anticipation.
If the visit
of Sears Tower (the highest building in Chicago and in the same
time it is the
highest sky-scraper in USA and the third in the
world-wide), is not possible, the trip will be
to John
Hancock Center, (a sky-skraper in Chicago, USA, 457m high including the antenna,
without only 344m, finished in 1969), another
well known mega building in Chicago, where
the vista is superior,
due to its placement, much clother to the beach.
The lunch in
the trip days will be served in other selected restaurants on the travel
direction.
Free access is offered
to:
- the vacation’s swimming pool filled with treated and
filtered water and placed right
near the house, and having about 8m/4m;
-
free fishing using your tools (or rented) on a private lake, near the house and
where
a part of it
belongs to the property;
- the green zone of the property and to different
utilities of the house like: a dish-wa-
sher,
an ice-machine, a cooler and a big freezer, a gas oven, a microwave oven, and a
big
grill
(on gas).
Other
local paid opportunities:
- there are multiple bicycle
tracks from 5 to 20km long, special dedicated to bykers,
passing
through lakes and well populated forests with no dangerous animals like: deers,
rabbits,
birds… that can be visited on bicycles and rented gear…
- RENT A CAR – a luxury
car with navigation system at 1000$/week ;
- a smaller mall placed at 3
min away from home;
- a bigger mall (with movie
house) at 15 min …
