2nd vacation rental house offered by Mr.Sergiu
Luca in USA, is in Plainfield,
a luxury rezidential zone, in the
south-west of
Chicago, Illinois, in the Chicago’s suburb area,
and it is part of a
great package of touristic services named A WEEK IN AMERICA !
Placed in a luxury rezidential zone,near a lake where lives over 18 different fish
species,
gaining
from a private
beach, with
multiple endowments*, this 2nd vacation rental house offers
special
accomodation meets, that may satisfy the highest exigencies of the tourists.
Designed
with three levels, deriving advantages from an architecture that’s as much
tradi-
tionaly
as functionally, having even magnificent dimensions, the (2nd
vacation rental) house
may give to
the tourist the satisfaction to become pleased of what he gets for what he
pays.
At
the first level,mezzanine
there are two bedrooms: #1 equiped with aqueen size bed
for 2
persons and #2 with a full size bed
for 2 persons; all for 1000€/person.The bath room
from the mezanin is equiped with a big jacuzzi, bath tub and a wash-hand basin, all in a total
harmony with the specific furniture. Still at the mezzanin you’ll find several rooms with dedica-
ted destinations: a high top equiped
kitchen, withdining-room, with a smaller room dinette,
living-room and a family-room where all accommodated persons from
this floor have access.
The first floor,a real crown’s jewelry of the house regarding the refinement and luxury
offered, has a
sumptuous bed room, with massive sculpted
wood furniture, the cathedral-cei-
ling and a master bath-room lighted with a monumental chandelier, by that warm produced
light it makes evident the noticeable size of the jacuzzi.
The bath room also contains a shower cabin,two separate wash-hand basins and the toilet
cabin. All is tastefully decorated and the specific furniture and accessories are at the same
high quality level like the rest of the floor.
Here the 2
persons billeted for 2000€/person benefits of the other rooms with dedicated
purposes: the
high-top kitchen with dining room, dinette room, living room, family
room and the
sun room – a room with two wall-windows that opens to the outside terrace, where due to the
great opening to the own yard, to the private beach* and to the lake in the neigborhood can be
admired, in privacy the beautiful vista.
At the second floor there are
three bedrooms: #1 bedroom has a queen size for 2
persons
and it’s own bath room equiped with a bath tub and shower for 1600€/person,
#2 bedroom
with a king size bed for 2 persons and #3
bedroom with full size bed for 2 persons and sharing
a common bathroom, (with
separate wash-hand basins) placed between the
last (#2 & #3)
bedrooms, each for
1500€/person. Of course the vista at this level is „high enough” * !
Explanatory note: * - The private beach has a great opening to the lake, and it is totally
functionable
having: a screen-house a light covered construction, with walls of fine net, with a
table inside, chairs, longchairs…, placed on a fishing pontoon, an electric powered boat for
up to 10 persons, a water pedal
propulsed small boat with 4 adult places or 3 adults+2 kids,
you may swim; (in the access zone
to the water, the buttom of the lake is sandy), the
hammock,
the sun shades,…, you may do a bonfire, a grill
(on gas),… and do not forget the
fishes … over 18 different
species where are not missing: the waller, the
river pirate,the
carp and many other “local boys”.

As you
can see here is the place we offer
to do
the bonfire…
and that’s the proper size of it à
CAUTION! At the lake (swimming place) it is not on duty any lifeguard,the owner
takes no responsibility for it, so all
aquatic connected activities (like swimming, navi-
gation on the lake with anything that floates, boats,
navigates or sails on the property’s lake)
will be done exclusively based on
one's own responsibility, for all
tourists!
The touristic package coming with A WEEK IN AMERICA! includes:
a.
the transportation – from The
International O’Hare Airport to the vacation and back;
b.
the food : for the
lunch it will be provided at a restaurant**(placed at about 10 min.)
strictly between 12A.M - 3P.M., and the other
meals will be prepared at demand, at home.
Any alcohol
included in the offer.The desirous
of alcoholic drinks may buy it themselves!
c.
3 ensured trips ***(in
nonconsecutive days, alternates for each vacation) to:
1. CHICAGO
– Sears Tower or John Hancock Center;
2.
Indiana Dunes (National Park);
3. Wisconsin Dells (Aquatic
Park);
Explanatory notes: ** - At
the restaurant the serving is buffet type; meaning you can
eat
& drink as much you can, but without alcohol
- any alcohol included in the offer.
The desirous of alcoholic drinks will buy it themselves!
*** - The trips destinations will be
changed by the season and will be
noticed to our tourists with anticipation.
If the visit
of Sears Tower (the highest building in Chicago and in the same
time it is the
highest sky-scraper in USA and the third in the
world-wide), is not possible, the trip will be
to John
Hancock Center, (a sky-skraper in Chicago, USA, 457m high including the antenna,
without only 344m, finished in 1969), another
well known mega building in Chicago, where
the vista is
superior, due to its placement, much closer to the beach.
The lunch in
the trip days will be served in other selected restaurants on the travel
direction.
Free access is offered
to:
-
free fishing using your tools (or rented) on a private lake, near the house and
where
a part of it
belongs to the property;
- the green zone of the property and to different
utilities of the house like: a dish-wa-
sher,
an ice-machine, a cooler and a big freezer, a gas oven, a microwave oven, and a
big
grill
(on gas).

- RENT A CAR – a luxury
car with navigation system at 1000$/week ;
- a smaller mall placed at 3 min
away from home;
- a bigger mall (with movie
house) at 15 min …
